• Our doves can not be released near to dusk, indoors, at night or in bad weather conditions.

• If conditions become unacceptable for the release on the day, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the weather, we reserve the right to cancel the release on the day therefore providing a refund for the release ensuring the safety of the doves, (this will be the full amount for option 1 and half the amount for option 2 as the doves can still be displayed in bad weather).

• Our doves can only be released from safe distances at which they can return home safely.

• We want to assure our doves safety, maintain their care and protection; therefore we will only release our doves within 35 miles of home.

• All mileage over 20 miles from Sunderland will be charged at 30p per mile extra, payable with final balance.

• A dove handler will be present at all times.

• Although unlikely, in the event the dove messes, we can not be held responsible for any cleaning bills or any other costs that arise as a result.

• Clients must be aware that no booking is confirmed until we receive payment and have confirmed the payment with a receipt. We accept no responsibility for any loss suffered.

• Any cancellation, more than one month before the release date, you will receive a refund, less 50% deposit.

• If there is a cancellation, made less than one month before the release date, no refund will be issued.

• As live birds we are not able to guarantee that the doves will perform exactly as required every time. We promise to do the best we can to assure the highest quality white dove release possible. It is important that you communicate your wishes to us so that we can serve you better.
  

Our Doves

We use Rock Doves as these are bred as homing birds, we never release a Fantail Dove as these do not have a homing instinct and would be unable to fly home.

The Doves are fed on a mixed diet of corn and minerals to make sure they are in the best possible condition.
They all have their own identity ring on, so if the worst happens and any of them get lost we are able to get them back.

Our doves are very clean they love to bathe regularly, they have weekly pamper days, they are much loved pets and will add a little something special to your day.
